Comprehensive Candidate Profile 

Leading experts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology have indicated that if one can only measure two psychological characteristics about a potential employee, one should measure general mental ability and integrity.1

Following years of scientific research, HR Decisions introduced the Comprehensive Candidate Profile, a flexible selection system that allows the organization to measure general mental ability, integrity, and a selection of other job-relevant traits.

What is the Comprehensive Candidate Profile?

The Comprehensive Candidate Profile assesses general mental ability and integrity, two factors that are key predictors of job success. The general mental ability component measures whether a candidate has the analytical reasoning skills needed for successful on-the-job learning and problem solving. The integrity component is divided into Results Orientation (predicting high work standards) and Organizational Commitment (predicing the avoidance of counterproductive behaviours, such as theft). Along with integrity, the Comprehensive Candidate Profile measures three additional job-relevant traits, Teamwork/Cooperation, Client/Service Orientation, and Flexibility.

What is Involved?

The Comprehensive Candidate Profile includes an analytical reasoning test and a large-scale personality inventory. It takes approximately 1.5 hours for the candidate to complete the assessment either online or in paper-and-pencil format.
